Bay Roast If you make coffee at home, you should pop in and get yourself some Bay Roast blend coffee beans. The Best thing about this coffee that no other coffee I have ever tried in my machine has come close to - its forgiving nature. As the coffee itself has such a wide sweet spot, you can have a very satisfying coffee at home regardless of how much barista training you have had. Just as long as your espresso machine is clean. Top effort and there's a reason why these guys just keep on winning awards for their coffee. I would highly recommend this coffee to any discerning home coffee enthusiast. |

The Real Thing Without the pretentions of a lot of Sydney's coffee houses Bay Coffee has been producing excellent coffee to drink or take home for 10 years now in Neutral Bay. Well done guys! |

Mean Beans! Must try their Italian Roast. It's a dark roast for people that likes a bit of oomph in their coffee. Absolutely delicious! |

Smells like heaven! Also smells like heaven in there. My personally favourite is their Harrar Beans. Yummm. Their Bay blend always makes excellent crema in my ECM! |

all round excellence Bay coffee roasters is located in the back of a shopping village with seating inside and out (overlooking a parking lot). It is boutique roaster with a nice selection of single origin beans and blends. My personal favorite is a 50/50 blend of the Bay blend and the Italian blend. The baristas there make a most tasty shot of espresso macchiato using the Bay blend, too! |
