Michael's is in one of Sydney's poshest areas, nested among fashion boutiques and a fair amount of competition in the cafe stakes. The coffee certainly lives up to what one would expect - just look at the reviews - and owner/manager/coffee man Julian is basically in the shop all day, every day to ensure that the standards remain at a lofty height.

Best Coffee in Sydney and Excellent Choice of Food The barista makes exceptional coffee and it is difficult to stop at just one. Their choice and quality of their fresh salads are superb and one has to make sure you get their early enough to enjoy the full range!!! Few places compare for quality of food, coffee and atmosphere. |

The only place to get coffee in Sydney The constant quality and friendly service keeps me going back each day. I always start my day in Double Bay by stopping past Michael's for a coffee and vegemite toast. |
