Very good cafe Definately best chocolate place in the City. We went to the one in the Rocks last Friday and LOVED their ice cream and hot chocolate!!! I know whare to take clients now for all my V.I.M.s! |

Atrocious service My wife and I recently visited this cafe. The service was dreadful with long delays between taking the order and actually getting our coffee and cake. The waitress got our order wrong then numerous other waitresses kept on bringing other people's orders to our table. An experience right out of Faulty Towers. |

Coffee, cake and plenty of thinking time . . . Tried the Guylian cafe on Saturday 25th Oct. Tea, coffee and 2 cakes, how difficult can it be? Received 1 cup of coffee within 5 minutes of ordering, however the rest of the order took 40 minutes. This may be a technique to stop customers walking out, ie if you have received part of your order, surely the rest can't be far off? . . or can it?? How long can it possibly take to put a previously sliced cake on a plate? Staff seem confused and manager constantly apologising to many disgruntled customers. Won't be going back, a huge disappointment. |

Loved it Went there last weekend. Coffe (had skim latte) was very decent and the ice cream were great!!! Stunning place, greast for a business meeting or if you want to impress your loved one. |

Horrible Customer Service!!!! We arrived after a work function in our formal attire and received the worst customer service. The entire staff, expect our server, were extremely rude and continued to give us dirty looks throughout our stay. The food was average at best and definitely not worth the prices they charge. I would NOT go back to this place. |

You didn't quite do it for my Guylian I remember dropping by the Singapore transit terminal and spending a few hours indulging in some guylian chocolate at their cafe. This experience however was less satisfactory, not only the service but the fact that I was unable to use my credit card to pay for my purchase. Needs alot more work! |
