Weak coffee and weak attitude to service I remembered Batch from going there a couple of times about a year ago as always having good coffee, so I thought I'd go there again. The breakfast was not impressive: an oily prosciutto omelette that was surprisingly bland. The piccolo latte I ordered was weak and I didn't drink it, they made me another one which was alright but not great. All in all a bit of a disappointment, but the worst part was they still charged me for the coffee I didn't drink! No barista with the least bit of self-respect does that, I am never going back. |
