Am a frequent regular, and Sam and Fab at the counter are great with names, remembering 'the usual' and customising the menu (Ask for the "Sara Special" next time you're there for breakfast!) for everyone. My favourite CBD cafe. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Great experiences I am a regular customer and they keep me coming back for more,They provide excellent cofee,I particularly order One medium latte with chocolate on top,One half of a sugar, ever morning. They have a good variety of hot food and very tasty menu food. I recommend trying One of their ceaser turkish foccacias.. Or their breakfast special which the cook makes brilliantly each and every morning. I have only been satisfied every visit for the past half a year. Good customer service. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Beware - never going back here again Tried this cafe for the first time. Customer service was poor to say the least. Greeting - no one greeted me upon entry but just a lady at the cashier who looked at me like she was wondering why I stepped into their cafe. I ended up greeting her a good morning instead. Counter service - I told the lady at the counter what I wanted to order and then she told me, "You can pay first at the counter." Table service - I was served my toast without a word. And then the nightmare started with the cup of capuccino. I was given a mug of capuccino (I was not aware what size they usually came in . I was not asked what size I wanted in the first place.) After a few minutes (I have managed to put in 3 sugars,stirred and tasted the coffee), I saw the cashier and the lady who brought me coffee looking at me and signalling to me there was something wrong. The waittress came back to me and asked me if I ordered a mug and I said, "I just paid and I do not know what size it should come in." She said, "You did not order a mug." And hurriedly took the mug away from me without any apology. NOthing! After a minute, they gave me a smaller cup (again, without a word) and after a few seconds , I saw a mug ( I am sure it was the same one taken away from me), being given to another customer. Yucky ! My advice - never even think of eating or drinking anything from this cafe or you might end up with a toast which was picked up from the floor (discreetly of course .... as in, without your knowledge!). Well, I am not going back there again for reasons of bad service and hygiene. Attention : Food health officers! |
