Well, besides purchasing the highest quality Arabica coffee beans from around the world, all blends are expertly roasted in-house by the Master Roaster in a Probat gas fired roasting machine. With a turnover several times weekly and only roasting in small batches, you are assured of the freshest coffee on the market.
