Don Adan Coffee (NSW)
Don Adan Coffee is one of only a few cafes in the world with its own coffee plantation.
Gerard Barrios, owner and master roaster, imports coffee from his family's 100 year old plantation in Honduras and manages two Coffee houses in Sydney.
Gerard has been recognised by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW as one of the "next generation" of industry leaders and has won several awards including Champion Espresso at the 2000 Sydney Royal Coffee Competition.
